Are You Working "On The Business" or "In The Business"?

Working on the Business or Working in the Business?

I am sure we are all guilty of not spending enough time “on the business” and actually spending most of our time “in the business”.

We can make as many excuses as we like but that is just what they are, excuses!

So right now, plan at least half of a day early next month looking at how you can add value to your business.

  • Forecasting
  • Planning
  • Increasing Profitability
  • Staff Motivation & Engagement
  • The Direction of the Business

Now, half of a day will not cut it, but it’s a start and I’m certain you will immediately start to see the benefit of hovering above your business as opposed to being stuck in the woods.
